Return and Exchange
To better serve our customers we offer an exchange policy for items that are damaged upon arrival. In order to take advantage of this policy, all items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
To exchange an order please:
– Include an image of the damaged item
– Contact our support team via email (email@example.com)
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of you your order will be a flat rate. Before the final checkout you will be shown what the cost of the shipping will be before purchasing the products.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the second shipment.
